 Fishing in Uljin
Because the offshore of Uljin is shallow and sandy beach are broad, circle throwing fishing is used mainly. In some cased, bait fishing is used around rocks or breakwaters. Especially, this area is the best place for family picnic.
In addition, this area has various species such as Gamseong dom, perch, dace, rock trout, flatfish, white sea smelt, embiotocidae and balloonfish. Especially, a tourist can enjoy gill fishing to catch sweetfish.
From October to December, Naeric gamseong dom is caught mainly, from March to May Gamseong dom and from March to September flatfish. Rock trout is caught mainly in August and September and dace, embiotocidae, balloonfish and rock trout are caught all the time of the year.
