Uljin Snow crab Snow crabs are usually classified into four kinds according to their colors: golden yellow, silver white, pink and red color. Uljin Snow crab colors golden yellow, called Chamdae crab or Bakdal crab. It is also called ¡¸Second Cousin¡¹because its leg consists of six knuckles. In some area, the crab is called ¡¸Bamboo cousin or Bamboo second cousin¡¹because the legs look like bamboo.
